You fill out a structured questionnaire — your business, current metrics, team, and the goals you want to hit in 90 days. I review it and send you back a written brief: my reading of your situation and a proposed agenda for our kick-off.

90-Minute Kick-off Deep Dive
We meet for a 90-minute session and work through the brief together. We map your business against the frameworks I use, agree on a measurable 3-month outcome, and define your first 2-week experiment before the call ends.

Bi-Weekly Strategy Sessions
Four 60-minute calls over 2 months. You bring what's top of mind — a decision to make, a blocker to remove, a strategic question — and we work through it together until you walk out with a clear next move. Async Telegram between calls when something can't wait.

Final Review & Roadmap
The sixth and final session closes the program. We review what worked, what didn't, and what comes next — and you walk away with session notes, a complete execution plan, framework templates, and a 90-day roadmap for the quarter ahead.
